Finally, we assemble the device at the buyer’s premises, without ending our cooperation. We provide you with service support and a warranty for our projects.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC VISUAL CONTROL STATIONS

The machine consists of conveyors and control stations which include lifting, gripping and rotating systems, allowing for full visual control of details.

The device operates in a semi-automatic mode – the operator, by pressing a two-hand button, raises the table with the detail to the set height, then has the ability to fully control the detail by rotating the table by 360 degrees and tilting up to 30 degrees.

In this project, an innovative solution was used to grip any shape of detail (self-adjusting gripper).

PREFABRICATION OF CONTROL CABINETS

HMI PANELS, ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM

We build control cabinets, control systems, machine safety systems, HMI panels.

We offer a comprehensive service, which may also include the preparation of an electrical diagram, prefabrication of cabinets, programming of operator panels, modification of existing security systems.
It is possible to perform a machine safety audit along with a risk assessment.

All stages: design, prefabrication, commissioning are carried out on our own thanks to an experienced team of designers, assemblers and programmers.

MACHINE SAFETY SYSTEMS, FENCES

The company’s offer also includes services related to machine safety. Based on many years of experience, we make safety systems and fencing dedicated to machines, taking into account all required standards. We also improve existing machines with additional safety features and adapt machines to European safety standards.
