PRESS LINE AUTOMATION
An innovative solution in the field of press line automation.
The implementation consisted in the construction of a central control system for 7 presses and 8 robots. The robots have been equipped with an automatic tool change system with a magazine of 4 grippers for each robot.
The project implemented an innovative robot trajectory correction system, eliminating the need to make changes after replacing the press tool.
The introduced improvements allowed for a short return on investment.
Characteristic:
✓ Central management of presses and robots
✓ Possibility to combine several processes
✓ Significant acceleration of the cycle time
✓ Automatic retooling of robotic tools
✓ Automatic compensation – Nexus patent!
TRANSFER SYSTEMS
Based on cobots and artificial intelligence
Workstations based on cobots account for approx. 50% of robotic workstations implemented by us. We build machines based on several robot manufacturers depending on the customer’s needs: FANUC, OMRON, EPSON, KUKA, HAN’S.
Cobotic applications are equipped with vision systems that allow you to control the position of operations performed or to control the quality of elements. We also create dedicated grippers that enable the performance of the most complex processes.
Characteristic:
✓ High technological level of applications
✓ Ability to integrate difficult processes using innovative tools such as vision systems, laser sensors, confocal sensors and others.
Experience in integrating processes with high initial requirements:
✓ Difficult, ambiguous product design,
✓ Low cycle time,
✓ High process accuracy and others
ASSEMBLY WORKS/COBOTS
The assembly station with a robot cooperating with a specially designed gripper performs the assembly process of engine components.
The precision of picking and fixing the element is ensured by the vision system built into the gripper.
Characteristics:
✓ Intuitive cobot programming
✓ High precision and quality control through the use of a camera built into the gripper
✓ Versatility of use
A ROBOTIZED BLOCK RELOADING STATION
The mechanics of the device is based on a robot with a specially designed gripper equipped with, among others, with a vision system, laser sensors, three-jaw grippers.
Thanks to these solutions, the station fully replaces operations performed by a human.
